Jason Thornton joined the PINMRF staff in the fall of 2009 as a teaching assistant for the CMX-400 Solids instrument. He is responsible for user training and routine maintenance on this instrument. He is also a graduate research assistant in the lab of Dr. Daniel Raftery. His research focuses on the development of photocatalytic materials for solar hydrogen production by overall water splitting.
