Ian Henry joined the PINMRF staff in the Fall of 2003 as a teaching assistant for the Varian INOVA 300 instruments. He is responsible for user training and routine maintenance for these spectrometers. In addition, Ian is also a graduate research assistant in the lab of Dr. M. Daniel Raftery. His research focuses on the design and construction of microcoil NMR probes for higher-throughput analyses of volume and mass-limited biological samples, as well as development of instrumentation for coupled separations with NMR.
